to include an Annual Support Agreement (ASA). Purchasing the
agreement with the product guarantees upgradeability and a full year
of phone and email support. Annual support
agreements are renewable and are based on the total number
of licensed users.
Ninety (90) days of free support is included with
the purchase of this software, beginning on the day of purchase. Support after this initial free period is available on
a per-incident basis or through the purchase of an annual support agreement.
